Proactive Comfort LLC. was founded in 2009 by an Occupational Therapist who has over 30 years of experience working with individuals who use wheelchairs for extended hours of the day. Inspired after witnessing multiple medical problems associated with poor seating and positioning the owner and inventor of the PURE Tilt wanted to create a new wheelchair system that can help prevent many predictable medical complications or injuries that are often caused by poor seating and positioning—Simplicity, Affordability, Appearance, and Accessibility were key elements in the design process.

Our Mission is to promote optimal quality of life, improved safety, and functional independence for wheelchair users, their families and the caregivers that assist them.

Proactive Comfort LLC. formed a partnership with Medical Solutions, Inc. in 2013. Together we have combined new patented technologies to create and bring to market an innovative manual tilt wheelchair call the PURE Tilt. Our partnership is an ISO certified and FDA registered organization that brings with it extensive expertise in patenting, designing, developing and obtaining regulatory approvals for cutting-edge Medical devices. The PURE tilt wheelchair is FDA approved and coded for insurance reimbursement Under the E1161 HCPC code.
